About

A decade of practice. An Architect's habit of mind.

The Beginning

I trained as an Architect. My early years were spent learning to look at any structure — a building, a brief, a problem — and understand what holds it together, where its strengths lie, and where it is vulnerable. That habit of mind, of looking for the underlying logic of things, has never left me. It simply found a different application over time.

Like many people who grow up questioning received wisdom, I examined Astrology with some scepticism in my younger years. I neither accepted it wholesale nor dismissed it. I tested certain things quietly, found patterns I could not easily explain, and set the subject aside. Life had other plans for me, and I went on to pursue Architecture.

Years later, a significant personal event stopped me in my tracks. It was the kind of experience that makes you search for explanations — and find that the people around you, however caring, do not have them. I returned to Astrology, this time with greater seriousness and more at stake. What I encountered was a consistent, repeating correspondence between what a horoscope contained and what had actually unfolded in a person's life. Not in vague or general terms. In specific events, specific timing, specific patterns — showing up again and again, across hundreds of horoscopes, without exception.

The Practice

That was the beginning of what has now been more than a decade of professional practice, working with clients in Bangalore and beyond. People come at many different junctures — planning a business, navigating a career change, trying to understand a relationship, or simply trying to make sense of a period of life that has not gone the way they expected.

In each case, my starting point is the same: the horoscope, read carefully, cross-referenced rigorously, and interpreted with as much precision as the data allows. I approach this work the way I approached Architecture — methodically, with attention to detail, and with a deep respect for what the structure is actually telling me rather than what I might wish it to say.

The horoscope does not flatter. It does not moralise. It simply reflects what is. My job is to read it accurately and help you think clearly about what it means for your life and your choices.

The Method

Most astrology works with blocks of thirty degrees. The analysis I do works with precise points, carried out to the level of seconds — the third subdivision of a degree. This level of precision matters. A difference of ten seconds in birth-time can produce a different horoscope with different cusps, different Potentials, and different timing.

Almost all horoscopes require a birth-time rectification. It is very rare that what was noted as the time of birth is accurate. Before any reading, every horoscope goes through birth-time rectification — the process of verifying the recorded birth-time against the known events of a person's life, and correcting it. This is not a formality. It is the foundation on which every subsequent observation rests. A reading built on an unverified horoscope is a reading of the wrong document.

Once the horoscope has been verified, the analysis covers the full picture: the Potential written into the chart across each dimension of life, the Time-Periods currently active and approaching, and what the interplay of these two forces means for the decisions and circumstances in front of you right now.

Who This Is For

It is advantageous to know the terrain of one's life, to know one's constitution. It is this data that is the gateway to plan one's life, to capitalise your strengths and the favourable Time-Periods, and to minimise undesired conditions, situations and events. This knowledge is security. This knowledge is power.

There are people who are trying to make sense of something — a period of life that is not going the way they expected, a decision they keep circling without resolution, or simply a persistent feeling that they are working harder than the results justify. They want to know if better days are ahead. Some people want to know if their ambitions and desires will come true. There are also people who are oblivious that their present glorious days will not last. Knowing that gives them a better preparation.

This consultation is for people who think carefully, are willing to sit with an honest picture even when it is not entirely what they hoped to see, and want to understand the terrain of their life more clearly before the next significant choice presents itself.

Consultations are available in person in Bangalore and by phone for clients elsewhere.
